Job summary

Warner Classics is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-level global campaigns for our roster of classical artists. Responsibilities

  • Complete local campaigns for priority artists and catalog products.
  • Set and manage the US Classics marketing budget to achieve defined objectives.
  • Architect multi-product campaigns and negotiate bulk media buys with key trade partners.
  • Build coherent, compelling artist brands across visual assets, socials, and DSPs.
  • Create dynamic short‑form content and expand audience reach with partners.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (A&R, Commerce, Finance, Business Affairs).
  • Coordinate with US‑wide in‑house teams and creative networks to develop high‑impact campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with artists, managers, DSPs, and PR agencies; represent the label at concerts and industry events.
  • Analyze performance metrics against industry benchmarks and advise strategy.
  • Generate ideas for A&R, sync licensing, and commercial partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing creative briefs and conceptualizing brand identities.
  • Strong knowledge of short‑form storytelling and digital-first content.
  • Team player who thrives in multinational, remote‑team environments.
  • Digital marketing authority – knowledge of owned, earned and paid media to grow audiences on digital and social platforms.
  • Passionate classical music advocate; strong working knowledge of classical repertoire and contemporary artists.
  • Ability to interpret data to guide qualitative and quantitative aspects of campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in French or German an advantage.
  • Experience with artists and collaborators, paid media (social), CRM and audience‑building guidelines; understanding of US classical & earned‑media landscape.
  • Track record managing budgets, negotiating deal terms, and working in the record/music marketing industry.
Compensation

Annual rate: $70,000 – $75,000. Requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
