Job summary

Nettwerk Music Group, a leading global independent label, is seeking a Project Lead in the United States (NY area) to shape campaigns for a diverse roster of artists. You will collaborate with artists, management and internal teams to drive engagement and successful releases across digital, social and traditional channels.

You’ll drive strategy and lead audience growth initiatives, ensuring campaigns reflect both creative vision and global opportunity.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of music marketing experience leading digital and social campaigns
  • Passion for music, pop culture, and marketing trends
  • Proven ability to develop innovative, audience-driven marketing strategies with measurable results
  • Extensive experience with social media platforms, streaming services, and audience analytics tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills across time zones
  • Proficiency in creative and video editing software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a collaborative environment
  • Sense of urgency and responsiveness in task management

Role Summary

The Project Lead plays a key role in shaping and delivering global campaigns for a diverse roster of artists. You’ll help craft long-term strategies that spark fan engagement, build communities, and drive successful releases—working closely with artists, artist management and a suite of departments across the business to deliver on key campaign objectives.

In this role, you’ll drive strategy and lead audience and consumption growth initiatives across a mix of digital, social and traditional channels, ensuring every campaign reflects both the creative vision and global opportunity of each artist. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is excited to inspire fan connections and grow audiences worldwide.

Role Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and run global marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, advertising and traditional media, with the support of specialized inhouse teams.
  • Tailor strategies for key international markets, working closely with local teams.
  • Align campaign tone, voice, and creative direction with each artist’s brand and vision.

Audience Growth & Engagement

  • Build and execute social and digital strategies that expand reach and drive fan loyalty.
  • Spot content trends and work with the fan engagement team / Audience marketing team to leverage influencers, creators, and partners to boost visibility.
  • Use audience insights to test, optimize, and uncover new growth opportunities.

Data-Driven Marketing

  • Track campaign performance and fan behavior, translating data into clear recommendations.
  • Monitor budgets and ad spend to maximize ROI.
  • Share regular updates with artists, managers, and internal teams.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Be a key liaison between artists, managers, and internal/global teams.
  • Collaborate across multiple time zones, ensuring campaigns are cohesive and on track.
  • Identify roadblocks early and problem-solve alongside the team.

Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years of music marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on leading projects with tailored digital and social media campaigns.

The pay range for this role is:
  • 65,000 - 75,000 USD per year (United States)
  • 65,000 - 75,000 CAD per year (Canada)
