As the Manager – Marketing, you will own planning and execution of integrated marketing programs for assigned business units, segments, or initiatives. You will translate defined business and marketing strategies into coordinated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand. You will also manage day to day execution, timelines, and resources while coaching team members and partners to deliver high quality, on time outcomes. This role operates as a key collaborator to Sales and cross functional stakeholders and contributes insights and recommendations that inform broader marketing strategy.
Compensation Details: $93,937 - $159,693 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
