Job description

Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses. We're building something new and bold. As our Manager Marketing: Digital Product Management, you'll lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally while playing a pivotal role in standing up modern digital capabilities and platforms to transform and build the foundation for FedEx Freight.

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing, and advertising.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years of directly related experience in planning and analysis. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements; a related Master's Degree equals two (2) years of experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated computer skills, strong management, human relations, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital user experience, creating new digital capabilities, leading tech projects, evaluating and integrating new platforms. Ability to create differentiation through digital platforms to drive growth and improve customer experience across various segments. Understanding of LTL customer needs and digital marketing connections. Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Pay Transparency

This estimated salary range reflects current starting salaries across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional compensation, benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range

US Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month

Additional Details

This position is remote, excluding AK, HI, and US territories, with preferred locations in Memphis, TN, or Harrison, AR. Some in-person work at FedEx locations may be required.
