Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic annual business plans for assigned accounts.
- Utilize syndicated and retailer data (Retail Link, Scintilla, Madrid, IRI, Circana, SPINS, etc.) to build compelling, fact-based selling stories.
- Track and analyze internal sales and trade spend against goals to monitor performance.
- Lead bi-weekly and monthly forecasting processes by interpreting consumption trends and market dynamics.
- Participate in customer and sales meetings to present insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate the impact of shopper marketing initiatives and promotions through pre/post analysis.
- Execute gold standards for the 4P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), including planogram excellence.
- Identify assortment gaps, merchandising opportunities, and quantify revenue potential for closing gaps.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators like distribution gaps and competitive benchmarks.
- Manage the digital shelf, ensuring up-to-date and optimized content across platforms.
- Address process or external challenges affecting distribution and sales, with timely solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales analytics, preferably in the natural or organic food industry.
- Knowledge of broker networks, distributors, or retail sales environments.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data tools like Retail Link, Scintilla, Madrid, and SPINS.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
This is a remote role based out of Arkansas and offers a base salary between $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience, plus bonus.
