Responsibilities
The Manager for Domestic/MCP serves as the tactical and strategic conduit between executive leadership and marketing specialists, ensuring consistent execution of marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and partner communications. This role translates strategic direction into actionable plans and oversees day-to-day management of marketing initiatives supporting platform go-to-market efforts, partner engagement, and co-branded storytelling..
- Translate strategic goals set by the Director into detailed campaign plans and timelines.
- Lead tactical planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for platform launches and partner enablement.
- Facilitate collaboration between team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across deliverables.
- Maintain alignment between campaign execution and high-level marketing strategy.
- Oversee development and customization of messaging and assets for diverse audiences including health systems, solution developers, and technology partners.
- Ensure messaging reflects MCP’s brand voice while adapting to specific partner needs and platform features.
- Coordinate closely with partner marketing teams to synchronize co-branded communications.
- Review and approve campaign content including use cases, success stories, sales collateral, and announcements in coordination with Media and Content colleagues.
- Support content strategy execution, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
- Act as primary integrator between strategy and execution teams to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and measurable.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, adjusting approaches based on results and feedback.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Business Development, Platform Strategy, AI & Automation, and Media Relations.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate in a way that creates clarity, simplifies messages, and aligns with organizational strategy. Knowledge of channels for communication and the ability to build effective communication and engagement strategies.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities, solutions and resolve challenges. Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful results. Requires an attitude that actively seeks out change, embraces critical questioning, innovation, service and continuous improvement. Must understand how to deal with and navigate ambiguity, and act without having the total picture. Adaptable or flexible. Demonstration of strong management skills including strategy and visioning, change management, resource management, and sound judgment are required. Demonstrated use of management principles of delegation, organization and execution to maximize the value of projects and initiatives is also essential. Excellent interpersonal skills to include presentation, negotiation, persuasion, team facilitation, constructive feedback and written communications skills are required. Superior project management experience, knowledge and skills must be demonstrated. Incumbent must have the ability to independently manage a varied workload of projects with multiple priorities. Demonstrates interest in continuous learning and professional development, in addition to functional area expertise.
