Job summary

AGCO Corporation seeks an experienced embedded software professional to drive development across AGILE teams. You will contribute to architectures and requirements for embedded Linux applications, mentor staff, and lead projects to deliver robust software for agricultural solutions.

Candidates should have 8+ years in embedded C/C++, 5+ years in Linux application development, and 3+ years in senior/lead roles, with a B.S. in CS/CE/EE.

Your Impact

• Experience leveraging AI in Software Development Workflows with 8+ years' experience with embedded software development using C/C++ and OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)
• 3+ years of Senior/Staff level embedded software development and working on an AGILE software team.
• 5+ years' experience with embedded Linux application development
• 3+ years of systems engineering practices in requirements and architecture design and Team Lead and/or Project Lead experience

• 6+ years' experience with software development using C/C++

• 3+ years' experience with Linux application development.

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $120k-$160k,based on experience.This position is eligible for a bonus based on15% of the compensation.
