A leading manufacturer in stormwater solutions seeks a Corporate Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance programs for fleet and equipment. This role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and developing key performance indicators. The Corporate Maintenance Manager is primarily responsible for establishing and driving corporate programs focused on ADS over-the-road fleet and plant forklift equipment. Facilitate maintenance strategies resulting in cost reduction and standardization across the company for fleet and manufacturing operations. The position will ensure all equipment is legal, safe, and operational. The Corporate Maintenance Manager must create a visible and systematic platform for capturing, approving, and reporting repair and maintenance expenses to meet fleet and manufacturing R&M operational budgets. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and travel approximately 40% to ADS locations. The Corporate Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Corporate Fleet Manager.
