Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager-Logistics (Courier Services). In this role, reporting to the Director of Freight Management, you will support various logistics needs across the Enterprise. Responsibilities include managing courier services, small parcel international transport, hazardous materials, third-party mailing and shipping solutions, among others. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, budgeting, and data analytics, and will interact frequently with suppliers, logistics vendors, internal customers, and end users to understand organizational needs. You will help define and track KPIs and budget targets, focusing on patient care, customer experience, and cost management. Additionally, you will help establish process improvements, define enterprise goals, and develop a team aligned with NYULH Core Principles and Beliefs.
