Position Summary:

We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across the full customer journey for our portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands: Albany Park, Edloe Finch, X-Chair, Mavix, and Timbuk2. In this role, you will develop data-driven lifecycle programs to boost engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases. You will leverage automation, segmentation, and personalized cross-channel messaging to increase customer LTV and deliver an exceptional post-purchase experience. This high-impact role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies focused on retention and LTV growth.

Build and optimize automated flows for onboarding, upsell, loyalty, and reactivation by brand.

Leverage first-party data and segmentation to deliver targeted personalized campaigns.

Design and run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign and flow KPI’s.

Partner with Creative and Brand to ensure messaging is both on-brand and performance-driven

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to deliver list growth and effective landing page.

Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to inform growth strategies

Identify opportunities to introduce new channels, tools, or automation strategies.

Manage key agency and software relationships across the brand portfolio.

Lead lifecycle campaigns across multiple consumer brands, tailoring strategies by audience.

Qualifications, Skills and Education:

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience with CRM channels (email, SMS, direct mail).

Strong knowledge of major CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Iterable).

Experience working with & managing agencies

Ability to balance creative brand voice with performance-driven strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field .

Familiarity with LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and contribution margin thinking.

Proven success in building, optimizing, and scaling automated lifecycle programs.
