We are seeking a Legal Talent Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment, including attorney development, talent management, or a related area. This newly created role presents a unique opportunity to help us reimagine lawyer development at Quarles while building upon a strong foundation of established programs and resources.
As a firm, we are investing in and expanding the Talent Development function. While substantive legal training has historically been managed within the practice groups, this role will help us transition it into a centralized Talent Development team.
This role will work with a subset of our practice groups to build on existing initiatives, introduce new ideas, and expand programming where needed. From designing high-impact legal skills training and mentoring programs to exploring AI-driven development approaches, you will partner closely with the Director of Talent Development and firm leadership to directly influence how our lawyers grow and succeed. This is a highly collaborative role with meaningful responsibility and visibility across the firm.
Quarles & Brady offers competitive salaries and great benefits to employees including paid time off, health, vision, dental, 401k, life, disability and much more. Benefit eligibility is dependent on hours. The range for this position for individuals physically located in Chicago, San Diego or Washington D.C. is $135,000 – $180,000 annually (estimated based on scope and market; final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors).
