Allina Health in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Lab Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of St. Francis Lab and related sites. Manages equipment, budgeting, scheduling and regulatory compliance on-site for the day shift.

The ideal candidate holds MLS certification or HEW equivalency, a Bachelor's in medical technology (or related field), and 3+ years of laboratory experience with 4+ years in progressive management. On-site day shift, no weekends.

Ensures effective operation and maintenance of all laboratory equipment, manages testing, develops and manages budgets, meets customer service levels, and regulatory requirements.
