You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR leaders to interpret business requirements.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on defining and executing global and local policies and change initiatives, understanding their impacts.
  • Collaborate with function leads and middle managers to create and deliver functional priorities and plans, providing strategic guidance.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions and decisions, supporting operational processes, and translating insights into actionable plans that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Keep People Services informed of local, legal, and regulatory changes.
  • Lead and advise on talent management practices within the assigned business unit, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility. Approve job requisitions.
  • Build capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
  • Manage works council relations and guide HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and legal compliance.
  • Consult on overhead management.

  • Ensure implementation of Labor Reforms by evaluating impacts and developing mitigation plans.
  • Maintain respectful relationships with union leaders, with regular meetings and documented minutes.
  • Develop and monitor Labor Relations management indicators per site.
  • Establish monthly follow-ups with each site, including HR and union representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor policies.
  • Support labor terminations to prevent contingencies.
  • Follow up on HR investigations and ensure disciplinary actions are objective.
  • Develop labor audit processes to ensure compliance with working conditions.
  • Implement training to promote labor and union compliance culture.
  • English proficiency at an advanced level.
