Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled labor relations professional to advise on contract negotiation, grievances, arbitrations, and labor legislation. You will represent management in bargaining with unions and prepare briefs for hearings.

The role involves dealings with governmental agencies and contributing to employee handbooks to foster cooperation in union-employee relations. A strong background in HR law and negotiations is essential.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a PhD with 2 years of experience.
  • Nice to have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Project Management.
