Trinity Health Livonia seeks a Lab Manager for the Core Lab and Blood Bank, leading a team of over 40 professionals. You will supervise routine and specialized testing, provide technical and managerial direction, and ensure training and resource optimization on-site in Livonia, MI.

Description: POSITION PURPOSE Lab Manager for the Core Lab and Blood Bank at Trinity Health Livonia supporting a team of over 40 colleagues. Responsible for the supervision of the Laboratory personnel engaged in the conduct of routine and/or specialized tests and analyses. Provides a general level of technical and managerial direction to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of services provided by the assigned group, resolve day-to-day problems within the laboratory, ensure or conduct the necessary on-the-job and formal training of subordinates and manages the utilization of resources. Full-time benefited position scheduled 40 hours per week on-site at Trinity Health Livonia. Must have a strong technical background in Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis.
