CEC Facilities in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Operations to lead IT services delivery, manage networks and servers, and oversee data backup and security across the company. You will supervise technicians, provide help desk support, and train staff on everyday computer tasks, while ensuring reliable, secure technology operations and timely service.

Position SummaryThe Manager of IT Operations will manage and coordinate information technology operations to ensure delivery of timely and effective IT services.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage teams of technicians and other IT staff.Maintain and optimize company network and servers.Oversee data backup and system security operations.Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.Provide support and guidance to employees via help desk.Trains employees on computer tasks (how to use Outlook, desk phone, 3rd party applications etc.)Maintains equipment inventory and deliver reports on assigned/active & decommissioned hardware.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.Education and ExperienceAssociates Degree in computer related studies or equivalent work experience.Experience with systems installation, configuration, and analysis.Required Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesStrong customer service skills.Knowledge of networks and cloud computing.Leadership and organizational skills.Self-starter.
