Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in New York (remote) is seeking a financing-focused analyst to support biopharma investment decision-making through financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis within the life sciences sector.

You will conduct company- and asset-specific analyses, engage with KOLs, review data, prepare investment presentations, monitor deal activity, and support cross-functional teams for transactions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate development focused on biotech/pharma.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or life sciences.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
