Salary: USD170000 - USD200000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies tailored to the pharma and biotech sectors to enhance shareholder value and support our clients' financial goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders for our pharma and biotech clients.
• Prepare and present quarterly earnings reports, press releases, and other financial communications specific to the pharma and biotech industries.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to promote our clients' vision, pipeline, and performance.
• Analyze market trends, shareholder feedback, and competitive positioning within the pharma and biotech sectors to inform senior management and drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and regulatory requirements specific to pharma and biotech.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
