The Manager, Interoperability Architecture is responsible for defining, building, and operating Pennant's interoperability platform and integration architecture strategy. Reporting to the Director of Data, this role combines technical leadership, people leadership, and strategic planning to create scalable, secure, and reliable data exchange capabilities across clinical, financial, operational, and enterprise systems. This leader serves as both architect and builder, working hands‑on to design and develop APIs, interfaces, integration patterns, and interoperability services while leading a small, high‑performing team. The role will establish the architectural foundation for Pennant's interoperability ecosystem and drive the organization's ability to exchange, govern, and leverage data effectively across internal and external partners. The Manager, Interoperability Architecture will partner closely with Data Warehousing, Clinical Applications, Enterprise Applications, Security, Infrastructure, and business leaders to deliver solutions that enable life‑changing service through connected healthcare technology.
