Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Manager, International Development Strategy & Analytics to partner across a highly cross-functional team and drive international growth.

You will shape strategies, assess financial models, and lead change across international markets, reporting to the International Development leadership. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and practical franchising know‑how.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in Consulting, QSR, or Franchising preferred.
• Experience with international markets.
• Strong MS Office, Power BI, financial modeling, and data analytics skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and initiatives.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of management clearly.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
• Practical understanding of QSR operations and franchising; consulting experience a plus.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve restaurant and brand partner performance across Wingstop’s international markets.
• Support international development growth by assessing financial models and asset strategies with Market Planning teams.
• Support capability assessments and drive annual goal setting with franchisees.
• Identify process improvements for new market entry and international openings; drive recommendations and change management.
• Measure KPIs and benchmark performance to drive profitability and unit economics.
• Collaborate with International and GSC to translate strategy into results.

What We’ll Need

We are seeking a Manager, International Development Strategy & Analytics to be a key partner in a highly cross-functional and collaborative team, defining and driving international development growth and process improvement.

This role partners cross-functionally within the organization, particularly with International leadership, Operations, Development, Finance, and Market Planning. Clear communication and project planning is critical, as is a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented style.

• Identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive restaurant and brand partner level performance improvements, leading implementation across Wingstop’s international markets
• Support international development growth strategies by assessing financial models and recommending growth and development asset strategies, partnering with Market Planning teams on asset strategy
• Support capability assessments and help drive annual goal setting and strategic planning with franchisees
• Identify process improvements across new market entry and international new restaurant opening processes, driving recommendations, implementation, and change management
• Measure and benchmark performance across key KPIs; identify opportunities to drive profitability and maintain best-in-class unit economics
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across International and GSC to turn strategy into results

What You’ll Need

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3 – 5 years of Consulting, QSR, or Franchising experience preferred
• Experience working with international markets
• Technical knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, financial modeling, and data/analytics
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and initiatives
• Able to communicate/present clearly to all levels of management
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity
• Ability to drive complex problem solving
• Practical, pragmatic understanding of QSR restaurant operations and franchising
• Consulting experience a plus
• Strong stakeholder alignment and influence skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive results across teams without direct authority
