Medium is seeking an Integration Planning Manager in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves ensuring alignment of integration workstreams with organizational plans, managing risks, and fostering collaboration across teams.

The Integration Planning Manager supports the overall coordination and execution of the integration operating system, ensuring that all workstreams are strategically aligned with the broader organizational integration plan. This role provides planning expertise across Integration Planning Teams and key partner functions, overseeing planning trackers, facilitating follow-through on critical actions and decisions, and maintaining robust RAID and decision-log processes. The Planning Manager ensures that Integration Planning Teams and associated workstreams remain aligned, on schedule, and that issues are addressed through proper risk management by fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
This position is part of the Integration Management Office, supporting the Director, Integration Planning & Execution, and working closely with workstream leaders and functional executives to surface risks, resolve blockers, and drive discipline, transparency, and momentum across the integration.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24‑hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
