Advanced MedAesthetic Partners
Remote, United States | Full-Time | Periodic Travel
About Advanced MedAesthetic Partners
Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is a growing platform of leading aesthetic practices across the United States. We partner with high-performing brands and providers to support strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the medical aesthetics industry.
Our organization combines the resources of a professional business services platform with the entrepreneurial strength of established private practices. Through this model, we help partner practices scale thoughtfully while maintaining the quality, identity, and patient experience that make each brand successful.
About The Role
The Manager, Integration & Digital Transformation will support the execution of strategic growth initiatives across acquisitions, de novo practice launches, systems integration, data migration, AI-enabled workflows, and operational transformation.
This role will partner closely with executive leadership, Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, and practice leadership to ensure key initiatives are planned, implemented, adopted, and measured effectively. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional operator who is comfortable working with systems, data, process design, implementation planning, training, and change management.
This is a highly visible role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The right person will be able to organize complex workstreams, communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders, identify risks early, and ensure projects move forward with accountability and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Integration and growth execution

  • Support integration planning and execution for acquisitions, practice launches, and growth initiatives.
  • Assist in building Day One and first-100-day integration plans, including systems, data, training, operational readiness, and go-live support.
  • Partner with practice and functional leaders to identify requirements, risks, dependencies, timelines, and success measures.
  • Maintain clear project plans, owners, milestones, blockers, and communication cadences.
Systems and data integration
  • Support integrations across business systems, including platforms such as Zenoti, HubSpot, Rippling, Microsoft 365, Slack, CorralData, and related tools.
  • Help maintain visibility into systems, workflows, data flows, ownership, and dependencies.
  • Support data migration, cleanup, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planning.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data or system issues during implementation.
Digital transformation and AI enablement
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve business processes through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and technology adoption.
  • Help evaluate, test, and implement workflows that support lead follow-up, front desk operations, rebooking, retention, reporting, document workflows, and internal tools.
  • Partner with leadership and compliance stakeholders to ensure appropriate guardrails for patient data, HIPAA, BAAs, and human review.
  • Measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of digital initiatives.
Operational improvement and training
  • Support initiatives tied to patient acquisition, conversion, rebooking, retention, memberships, utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Create training materials, process guides, videos, live sessions, and office hours to support adoption across practice teams.
  • Translate technical or operational changes into clear, practical guidance for non-technical users.
  • Track adoption and follow up with teams to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in integration, implementation, operations, corporate development, program management, technical project management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting M&A integration, post-merger integration, de novo builds, multi-site operations, or complex implementation projects.
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Comfort working with data, systems, workflows, and implementation details.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, SQL, APIs, webhooks, automation tools, reporting tools, or related technical workflows.
  • Experience supporting system migrations, data reconciliation, testing, cutover, training, and go-live readiness.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders while maintaining clarity, urgency, and accountability.
  • Practical understanding of HIPAA, BAAs, patient data, and compliance considerations preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in healthcare services, medical aesthetics, med spa operations, or appointment-based / membership-based businesses.
  • Experience in a private-equity-backed, roll-up, multi-brand, or multi-location environment.
  • Familiarity with Zenoti, HubSpot, Rippling, CorralData, Microsoft 365, Slack, or similar platforms.
  • Experience evaluating AI workflows, automation opportunities, and adoption risks.
  • Experience participating in diligence, acquisition integration, or estimating integration costs.
Ideal candidate profile
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a growing, fast-paced environment. This person can balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution and is able to work effectively with executives, operators, technical partners, and practice teams.
They should be able to bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clearly, anticipate risks, and ensure initiatives are implemented in a way that supports growth, operational consistency, and measurable results.
Compensation
