Because of this, we partner with brands across virtually every category, helping them show up in relevant, meaningful ways when it matters most. Backed by our Superior Accuracy™ and trusted by millions globally, AccuWeather combines scale, data, and insight to create impactful advertising solutions.

Who We Need & What You’ll Do

The Manager, Integrated Marketing will play a key role in shaping revenue-generating marketing strategy at AccuWeather, partnering closely with sales to develop smart, data-informed solutions for a wide range of advertisers.

In this role, you’ll spend your time developing campaign ideas, building compelling pitch materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life. You’ll work across a diverse set of industries and clients, using insights, creativity, and strategic thinking to craft programs that resonate.

We’re looking for a strategic, creative marketer who enjoys turning insights into ideas – and ideas into stories that help win business. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and like seeing your work come to life in the market, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead strategic, multi‑platform marketing solutions that drive revenue across AccuWeather’s ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on digital and video.
  • Partner closely with sales to understand client goals and identify relevant, creative opportunities.
  • Develop high‑quality marketing materials including pitch decks, one‑sheets, toolkits, and thought leadership content.
  • Translate audience data, behavioral insights, and marketplace trends into compelling narratives that resonate with advertisers.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to bring ideas to life:
  • Work with product and editorial teams to create new revenue‑generating ad experiences and content opportunities.
  • Partner with research, data science, and BI teams to transform insights into persuasive sales materials.
  • Align with strategy, pricing, and operations to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and executable.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and communication are consistently strong.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on project progress and ensure internal resources are accurate and up to date.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, media, digital advertising, or agency environments.
  • Strong storytelling ability with experience developing persuasive proposals and sales materials.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing ideas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint (and design programs a plus).
Why AccuWeather
  • Work on campaigns that span every category – from retail and CPG to travel, auto, and beyond – offering a level of variety and exposure that’s rare in today’s media.
  • Use data and insights that reflect real‑world behavior, helping brands connect with people in ways that feel timely and relevant.
  • Be part of a trusted, global platform built on Superior Accuracy™, with a highly engaged audience.
  • Collaborate with a cross‑functional team in a dynamic and growing advertising business.
  • See your ideas come to life and make a meaningful impact for both clients and the business.

Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

AccuWeather is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity to all applicants and existing employees and we evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity/expression), sexual orientation, age, ancestry, physical or mental disability, marital status, political affiliation, religion, citizenship status, genetic information, veteran status, or any other basis protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.

AccuWeather is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. If you need a reasonable accommodation because of a disability for any part of the employment process, please send an e‑mail to human.resources@accuweather.com and let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.

Voluntary Self‑Identification

For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self‑identification survey. Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

As set forth in AccuWeather Careers’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

  • A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service‑connected disability.
  • A “recently separated veteran” means any veteran during the three‑year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.
  • An “active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran” means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.
  • An “armed forces service medal veteran” means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an armed forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.
Voluntary Self‑Identification of Disability

Form CC-305 Page 1 of 1, OMB Control Number 1250‑0005, Expires 04/30/2026.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
