Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Manager, Integrated Planning in Miami to lead a high-performing marketing team responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. This role involves managing project timelines, fostering collaboration across multiple departments, and mentoring team members to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for an amazing Manager, Integrated Planning to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Manager leads a high performing team of marketing professionals that develop integrated tactical plans orchestrated across functional areas, draft the campaign’s creative strategy, drive in-market timing, oversee the go-to-market process, and facilitate after action reviews. They are responsible for maintaining campaign calendars and identifying conflicting priorities or messaging in the planning stage. They work with the team to maintain the Marketing Tactical Eco-system (our source of the truth) in Smartsheet. The role functions in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and highly organized environment collaborating with multiple teams with sometimes shifting priorities and lead times. This person must be detail-oriented, have a high capacity for multiple projects/campaigns in different stages and be timeline-driven. Challenges in this role include achieving alignment among cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines, and adapting to marketplace and business changes.
