Job summary

Fenway Health is seeking a Manager of Integrated Behavioral Health and Case Management Services to oversee the integration of behavioral health within primary care and drive organization-wide case management initiatives.

The role includes direct patient care hours, supervision of CHWs and care coordinators, and oversight of HIV case management under Ryan White funding. Strong licensure, supervision experience, and a commitment to equitable care are essential.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant clinical experience, with at least 4 years post-licensure providing direct client care.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical and administrative supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with integrated behavioral health programming.
• Experience supervising community health workers, care navigators, care coordinators, or comparable non-clinical care team staff preferred.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multitask in a team-based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within the program.
• Oversees clinical and administrative supervision of behavioral health integration within primary care teams.
• Supervises CHWs/Care Navigators/Care Coordinators and coordinates team development.
• Oversees Ryan White reporting and HIV case management coordination.
• Leads the design and implementation of organization-wide case management.
• Develops population health based behavioral health initiatives and services.
• Develops and oversees integrated behavioral health educational and training programs.
• Participates in department management, quality initiatives, and cross-department collaboration.
• Provides training and supervision to assigned staff; conducts evaluations and coaching.
