The Walt Disney Company, a global leader in entertainment, is seeking a Manager of Integrated Audit to lead teams across financial, technology and operational audits. This role partners with Disney Media Entertainment Distribution, Parks, Experiences and Products, and Corporate functions to protect internal controls and provide actionable recommendations.

The position requires extensive auditing experience, CPA or equivalent, and readiness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualificações

• 5+ years work experience in auditing and/or accounting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-40% (domestic and international).
• Executive presence with excellent communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with solid business acumen.
• Superior knowledge in technical accounting and technology auditing.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Charismatic, dynamic leader who mentors a team.
• Strong relationship-building and client service orientation.
• Experience in Media and Entertainment industry.
• Leadership experience at a top accounting firm or internal audit.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual audit plan aligned to segment risks.
• Plan, conduct and supervise audits of financial reporting, technology and operations.
• Test key controls and report results to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors.
• Coach and mentor audit managers and staff.
• Investigate and research technical accounting and auditing matters.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and system projects.
• Lead department initiatives and leverage Disney culture in audits.
