Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an Initiative Test Lead to drive testing strategy and execution for high-visibility Digital Assets initiatives. You will partner with Product, Initiative Leads, and Delivery Teams to design end-to-end testing, identify critical scenarios, ensure readiness, and provide transparent progress updates.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in testing leadership, strong communications, and a proven ability to manage dependencies in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, program management, testing leadership, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in an Agile delivery environment.
• Digital Assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to define success criteria, governance processes, and operating models across multiple teams and business domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to manage dependencies and drive informed decision-making.

The Role

As an Initiative Test Lead, you will combine program delivery expertise with a strong focus on testing strategy and execution. This role is accountable for planning, coordinating, and driving key testing activities for highly visible Fidelity Digital Assets® initiatives and critical program deliverables. Working closely with Product Managers, Initiative Leads, Business Analysts, and Delivery Teams, you will ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing is effectively designed, executed, and monitored throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will help identify critical business scenarios, oversee testing readiness, and provide visibility into testing progress, risks, and outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who is passionate about quality, thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Initiative Leads to define testing scope and strategy for features, releases, and critical deliverables.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 6 plus years of experience in business analysis, product management, program management, testing leadership, or related disciplines.

• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in an Agile delivery environment.

• Digital Assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

• Ability to define success criteria, performance measures, governance processes, and operating models across multiple teams and business domains.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to build strong partnerships across business, technology, legal, risk, and compliance organizations.
