Applicants bring 7+ years in management consulting, 3+ years in business development, and strong language skills. The role emphasizes mentoring, strategic problem solving, and delivering measurable business impact for global clients.

Formación

• Graduate degree in Business, Operations Management or Engineering
• Hands-on experience in Strategy and/or Operations Management
• High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
• Industry experience in Industrial Goods, Construction, Energy and Specialty Vehicles
• Private Equity experience is a plus
• Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in management consulting
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
• Second language fluency in Spanish, French, and/or German a plus

• Prepares and runs steering committee level executive presentations
• Serves as primary contact for client executives
• Provides ongoing project feedback and development support to Porsche Consulting team
• Enhances Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools
• Provides content for thought leadership and marketing materials

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Operations Management, or Engineering and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
• Hands-on experience in Strategy and/or Operations Management
• High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
• Industry experience in Industrial Goods, Construction, Energy and Specialty Vehicles industry
• Private Equity experience a plus
• Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in management consulting
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
• Additional corporate experience a plus
• Goal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
• Second language fluency in Spanish, French, and/or German a plus
• Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
