Program Timeline

• Months 1–2:Sales TrainingLearn how to build a book of business, negotiate pricing, and close deals in freight brokerage.
• Month 3:Operations TrainingDive into carrier management, shipment coverage, and service resolution.
• Month 4:Corporate RotationsGain exposure to key business functions including marketing, finance, HR, and national accounts – then graduate ready to lead.
