Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is seeking high-potential graduates for its Manager in Training (MIT) program— a 4-month rotational path designed to develop the next generation of logistics leaders. You’ll gain practical experience across sales, operations, marketing, finance, HR, and national accounts, preparing you to lead in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You’ll rotate through departments, master freight brokerage sales, and build lasting client-carrier relationships while relocating to a PLS branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of sales or related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, athletics, or extracurricular involvement.

Responsibilities

• Understand logistics and supply chain fundamentals.
• Build relationships with shippers and carriers.
