Touchmark, LLC is seeking recent graduates for our Management Development Associate program in healthcare leadership. You will work alongside leaders in premier senior living communities to learn Be an Ally, a Friend, and a Giver while developing essential leadership skills.

The 18–24 month program rotates through departments to prepare you for a management role. The position offers an hourly pay range of $28.85 to $30.29, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to Touchmark locations after program.
• Proven leadership through roles in work, school, sports, or volunteer work.
• Interest in hospitality or service industry and working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 18–24 month management development program across community departments.

As a Management Development Associate at Touchmark. You will spend your days working and learning alongside our team of leaders in our beautiful premier senior living communities. The Management Development position is an 18-month - two-year Management Training program designed to provide naturally ambitious and motivated individuals with strong leadership skills, an opportunity to learn Touchmark operations and learn to lead by Touchmark’s values. Throughout the program, you will spend time in each of the functional departments of the community. The program is intended to prepare you to assume a management role within one of our beautiful communities upon completion.

This position offers an hourly pay range of $28.85 to $30.29, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or other related field.
• Ability to relocate to any of the Touchmark locations upon completion of the program .
• Demonstrated leadership skills, as evidenced by leadership positions at work, school/athletics, or in volunteer organizations;
• A desire to work in the hospitality or service industry or work with seniors is a plus.
• Must be comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups.
• Must be willing to work occasional weekends and evenings as necessary.
• Must demonstrate empathy toward others.
