Job summary

Touchmark is seeking graduates for its Management Development Associate program. You will work and learn alongside leaders in premier senior living communities, developing skills to become a future Touchmark leader.

The 18-month to two-year program rotates through departments to prepare you for a management role, with opportunities to relocate for advancement and a strong focus on safety, compassion, and empathy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to any Touchmark location after program.
• Demonstrated leadership in work, school, athletics, or volunteer roles.
• Desire to work in hospitality or with seniors; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings; must demonstrate empathy toward others.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in each functional department of the community to learn Touchmark operations.
• Learn how to Be an Ally, A Friend, and A Giver while developing leadership skills.
• Prepare to assume a management role within one of Touchmark's communities after the program.

Our Management Development program has been specifically designed for recent graduates who want to make a career in Healthcare Leadership. We are looking for graduates who have focused their education on health care, hospitality, business, or other related fields. Those who have demonstrated natural leadership qualities throughout their lives through sports, project leadership, or those who started working early in life.

As a Management Development Associate at Touchmark. You will spend your days working and learning alongside our team of leaders in our beautiful premier senior living communities. You will learn what it means to Be an Ally, A Friend, and A Giver while developing the skills to become a future leader with Touchmark.

The Management Development position is an 18-month - two-year Management Training program designed to provide naturally ambitious and motivated individuals with strong leadership skills, an opportunity to learn Touchmark operations and learn to lead by Touchmark’s values. Throughout the program, you will spend time in each of the functional departments of the community. The program is intended to prepare you to assume a management role within one of our beautiful communities upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or other related field.
• Ability to relocate to any of the Touchmark locations upon completion of the program.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, as evidenced by leadership positions at work, school/athletics, or in volunteer organizations;
• A desire to work in the hospitality or service industry or work with seniors is a plus.
• Must be comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups.
• Must be willing to work occasional weekends and evenings as necessary.
• Must demonstrate empathy toward others.
