The MIT assists with delivering an exceptional Crunch member experience by managing front desk operations and upholding Crunch brand policies. The role focuses on lead generation, member tours, event participation, and maintaining top-tier customer service while aligning with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and sales targets: meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals.
• Tours and inquiries: conduct tours and respond to member inquiries.
• Front desk oversight: ensure highest level of customer service at the front desk.
• Brand and policy adherence: demonstrate company-wide policies to protect the Crunch brand.
• Uniform and front desk process compliance: enforce uniform policy and check-in systems.
