Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to drive growth through lead generation and sales while delivering an exceptional member experience at the front desk and related departments.

The role is full-time and hourly non-exempt, with eligibility for sales commission. It emphasizes adherence to company policies and brand integrity, with duties across front desk operations and events to maximize member engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and sales.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to conduct tours and answer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets in lead generation and new membership sales.
• Establish and maintain a lead generation program through networking and local campaigns.
• Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members; attend events for exposure.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk and contribute to a positive Crunch brand.
• Ensure front desk systems run smoothly, including member check-in and registrations.
• Comply with uniform policy and assist with other duties as assigned; roles may change.
