Flexible, growth-focused role with training and advancement opportunities. Ideal candidates have at least six months in retail/restaurant/hospitality management, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, and strong guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of retail/restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to get certified.
• Must be 18 years of age or older where allowed by law.
• Strong time management and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations as Manager in Training.
• Support local store marketing and drive sales and profit goals.
• Assist Restaurant Management Team and staff through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
