Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is seeking a Manager in Training to support store operations, drive sales, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. You will help with local marketing, guest service, and ongoing training while developing leadership skills and store performance.

The role offers advancement opportunities, a flexible schedule, and a focus on work-life balance within a franchise setting.

Formación

• Six months of retail/restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Age 18 or older as required by law.
• Strong time management and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall operations of the store.
• Support local store marketing and drive sales and profits.
• Assist Restaurant Management Team and staff with performance, engagement and training initiatives.
