You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to execute local marketing, manage staffing, and develop team members through training initiatives, with a clear path toward Store Manager.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certificate or ability to obtain certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall store operations and training of team members.
• Support local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Work with the Restaurant Management Team to drive performance and engagement.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and development through the Manager in Training program.
