Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; thrift/retail experience appreciated but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the store's financial performance and drive profitability.
• Ensure operational excellence by meeting production quotas and maintaining customer service standards.
• Develop and coach store management to create a high-performance leadership team.
• Create dynamic schedules to optimize labor costs and coverage.
• Monitor performance and maintain compliant HR processes and policies.
