Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of computer proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Outlook and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of store P&L and driving top-line sales and profitability.
• Ensure efficient operations and meet production quotas while maintaining customer service standards.
• Develop and train management roles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create dynamic scheduling to align with business needs and control labor costs.
• Maintain fair performance processes and build bench strength for future openings.
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and equal employment opportunity policies.
• Uphold a high standard of customer experience and store organization.
