Job Details

What you'll do:

1. Build customer relationships
2. Assess customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs
3. Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process
4. Manage a cash drawer; cash customers out and maintain daily cash reconciliation
5. Direct the workflow in the service department
6. Meet and exceed defined goals and objectives
7. Handle day-to-day paperwork involved with retail operations
8. Open and close the store as a part of key holder duties
9. Assist store manager with coaching, managing, and developing employees
10. Assist in writing a store schedule for all employees
11. Assist in hiring, interviewing, and employee relations concerns
12. Inventory management
13. Facility management
14. Clean shop, showroom, restroom
15. Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude
16. Do the right thing for customers, employees, and vendors
17. Continuously think and share ideas to improve Belle Tire
18. Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, management, and customers
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds
• Varying work hours, Mon-Sat, some overtime may be required. Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements and long periods of standing.
