Position: Manager in Training (MIT)

The MIT role prepares you for a leadership position within World Finance. Over several weeks, the program combines hands-on experience with structured virtual training to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to transition into a Branch Manager role.

Base Pay: $35,500 - $43,000

What You’ll Do
  1. Participate in virtual and on-the-job MIT training programs.
  2. Assist the Branch Manager with branch operations.
  3. Mentor and support branch staff to motivate and guide them.
  4. Coach team members on customer communication regarding all products.
  5. Train and empower team members in company policies and operations.
  6. Travel frequently to neighboring branches from your base location.
  7. Graduate from the MIT program to become a full-time Branch Manager.
  8. Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns.
  9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and community presence.
  10. Manage branch assets, credit extensions, and handle past due accounts.
  11. Approve and close new loans and loan increases, assisting team members as needed.
  12. Promote and sell World products to meet customers’ financial needs.
