You will learn all aspects of club operations, including staffing, customer engagement, and daily facility management, while maintaining Crunch's No Judgments culture and strong performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging with prospects and closing sales to meet monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and visitors.
• Learn and support daily club operations (staff scheduling, cleanliness, engagement).
• Coach frontline staff to improve performance and uphold Crunch standards.
• Support marketing and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Be accountable for Sunday production and overall club operations.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high energy.
