Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or two years of college preferred with extraordinary managerial experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Front-line retail and managerial experience also required.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of hourly employees to meet sales, production, and operational goals.
• Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and operational metrics.
• Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and donors and ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Develop and execute store operating plans that support business objectives and mission impact.
• Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Ensure merchandising excellence through stocking, pricing, and store presentation standards.
• Recruit, train, cross-train, and develop team members with ongoing feedback.
• Enforce safety procedures and policies while promoting teamwork and mission engagement.
