Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) at 1749 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Gloucester Point, VA. This full-time MIT program develops leaders from inside staff, offering online and in-class training, periodic evaluations, and a potential path to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people during shifts.
• Willingness to participate in a management training path.
• Must be at least 17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your shift.
• Oversee all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and portions.
• Deliver products safely to customers from the store.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance.
