Job summary

Domino's in Virginia is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our Store Assistant Manager team. This full-time MIT program trains you to become a Domino's Manager through structured online and in-classroom training with evaluations and raises based on progress.

Inside team members can advance toward a General Manager role, leading a store and shaping the customer experience. As an MIT, you will develop skills in cost and inventory control, staff management, and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of 3 to 30 people.
• You are a role model and maintain high standards for yourself and the team.
• You must be at least 17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Make fast, accurate pizzas following recipes and portions.
• Deliver product safely to the customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and grooming standards in-store.
