Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve high standards.
• Maintain brand professionalism and customer service.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor, and adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance and training of team members.
• Lead and motivate staff; protect cash, inventory, and assets.
