Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective and current members and closing sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive club visit experience.
• Learn and support daily club operations including staff scheduling and facility upkeep.
• Coach front-line staff to ensure performance and Crunch standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high energy; be accountable for results.
• Manage Sunday production to support the club’s busiest times.
