Panera Bread in Purcellville, VA is looking for a Team Manager in training to join our bakery-café leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold our guest experience standards.

The role emphasizes coaching and motivating team members, interviewing candidates, training on food safety, and cultivating a warm, growth‑oriented culture. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
