Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager in Training to join the bakery-cafe leadership team and help run shifts while supporting team development and maintaining Panera's high guest experience.

You will interview and select staff, train on food safety, and contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust while leading by example.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for up to 6 hours, and communicate clearly in a loud environment.
• Be an ambassador of Panera's Guiding Values and Behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and support team development.
