Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Virginia Beach is seeking a Managers in Training to learn and master the WOW Process and all related roles—CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator—while delivering top customer service.

You will complete RBCs for each role, finish onboarding, and align with the WOW Operating Way. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED; College or Military background is preferred; automotive training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks to ensure knowledge.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform the duties of Part Coordinator for several weeks to ensure knowledge.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform the duties of an Estimator for several months to ensure knowledge.
• Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Job Description

Managers in Training are responsible for learning to be experts on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every positions’ responsibilities in the WOW Process while WOWing every customer and striving to be the best.

Key Job Responsibilities
